Purchasing rules

 

1. General provisions of the rules.
1.1. These rules of purchase and sale of goods define the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of you who purchase goods in this e-shop. By purchasing goods in e-shops, you agree to the application of these Terms.
1.2. The purchase and sale agreement between you and the above-mentioned e-shop is considered concluded when you create a shopping cart, provide a delivery address, choose a payment method and, after reading these rules, check the order “I have read and agree to the rules” . The contract is valid until the delivery of the goods.
1.3. Each contract, i. purchase order is stored in our database.

2. Obligations of the Buyer.
2.1. When placing an order, you must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if such are specified when placing the order) and accept the ordered goods. If you do not accept the shipped goods and they are returned to the seller, the buyer cannot claim any payment for the goods. Upon return of the shipments and after a period of 1 month, the buyer has no claims for a refund.
2.2. If the data provided in your order form changes, you must update it immediately.
2.3. The Buyer must also comply with other requirements established in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Responsibilities of the Seller.
3.1. We are committed to making an effort to enable you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop. However, we do not guarantee that the e-shop will operate continuously or that the data transmission will be error-free, we are not liable for any losses of the Buyer related to malfunctions of the e-shop and / or data transmission errors.
3.2. In case of important circumstances, unable to provide you with the ordered product, we undertake to offer a similar product. If you refuse to accept the product analogue, we will refund the money paid to you within 5 working days. 3.3. If the undelivered goods are returned through the fault of the buyer or if you forget to pick them up, a refund is not possible. The shipment is repeated by the seller at the request of the buyer at the expense of the buyer. Upon return of the shipments and one month later, the seller considers that the buyer no longer needs them and he has no claims.
3.4. The seller issues a certificate of authenticity of the goods.

4. Payment for goods.
4.1. When paying for the goods, indicate the order number in the destination field of the order. Failure to pay the invoice for the goods within 2 days. the order is canceled and the reservation of the goods is canceled.
4.2. Methods of payment for goods:
4.2.1. Through the online payment system “paypal”, paying with the specified bank card.
4.2.2. By bank transfer to the bank account specified by us. We will send the bank details required for the payment of the order to your e-mail immediately after the order is completed. Note: money transfers may take some time, so if your order is urgent, you will need an email. send a copy of the order in PDF format by e-mail so that the order can be processed as soon as possible.
4.2.3. Payment by Paypal system. By choosing this payment method, you agree to pay all transfer fees.

5. Delivery of goods.
5.1. The goods are delivered by courier Dhl, UPS, Siuntuguru.lt, GLS, DPD, or the goods are picked up by the Buyer from the place specified by the Seller.
5.2. Delivery of goods is carried out in Lithuania and all over the world.
5.3. The delivery price is indicated separately after payment for the product, depending on the buyer’s country, the buyer’s preferred packaging method and the chosen courier. The method of delivery of the goods is determined according to the buyer’s request, the costs are paid 100% by the buyer. For the delivery of the goods, the buyer can pay directly to the courier providing these services, without the mediation of the gallery. The buyer also pays the insurance costs of the product.
5.4. Usually the goods are sent to the address specified by the Buyer within 5-30 working days from the received payment for the goods and transportation of the goods.
5.5. The exact date of dispatch of the goods and the registration number of the consignment are indicated in the notification provided by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail. email address provided by the Buyer in the registration form.
5.6. You do not have to be the recipient of the goods. If you donate or buy an item to another person, you can specify the other person’s address or another address where the goods will be delivered.
5.7. Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods are actually accepted by the Buyer or any other person who has received the goods at the specified address.

6. Responsibility and Privacy.
6.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The buyer accepts responsibility for the consequences of incorrect or inaccurate data provided in the registration form.
6.2. The parties shall be liable for the violation of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.3. We are not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites via links in our e-shop. 6.4. We are not responsible for the fact that the goods displayed in the e-shop do not correspond in their color, shape or other parameters to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
6.5. We confirm that the personal data of all buyers will be stored in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We undertake not to disclose data, except to partners providing goods supply and transportation services.

7. Return of goods.
7.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the procedure of legal acts established and in force by the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. Return of the goods is carried out due to their defect. The seller is not responsible for damage to the goods due to improper use or shipment due to improper work of the services.
7.3. At the request of the buyer, the goods are replaced by an analogous product. If the seller does not have the opportunity to exchange the goods, the money for the return of the goods to the seller is returned within 14 days by bank transfer to the specified account.
7.4. If the wrong item is received, the buyer informs and returns the item, the seller sends the ordered item at his own expense, and the buyer’s incurred shipping costs are covered by bank transfer to the specified account.
7.5. The product can be returned only after insuring it and only through courier services to the address indicated.
7.6 Return of goods to the seller is not possible by redemption mail.
